It's located in a sophisticated recently renovated and modern apartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful apartment building and in a very beautiful and quiet area, in Marousi, very close to the center of Athens, which will offer you a special experience of carefree holidays.
It is a 33 square meter apartment available for short term rental (airbnb) that can accommodate 2 persons.

In our accommodation, cleanliness is not just a promise, but a commitment. We apply meticulous cleaning procedures (even mopping is done with an electric mop), that ensure absolute hygiene in every corner of our space. For your own protection, the mattress is cleaned with a special Vacuum cleaner for dust mites.For safety reasons, the apartment includes a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and in the briefcase folder that you will find on the table there are all the emergency telephone numbers.
The quietness of the area and the apartment with its comfortable bed and wonderful mattress, gives you a restful sleep after a tiring day.And in the morning the day starts by enjoying a delicious coffee with the free capsules we offer you.

It is located near Kifissias avenue, a central avenue through which many bus lines pass that lead to the center of Athens.
Nearby is the Sismanoglio hospital (8 minutes by car), the Iatriko kentro hospital, the OTE building, Helexpo, Dais sports, as well as the Olympic stadium.
